Mr. Stuart Richardson

Non-Executive Chairman

Mr. Richardson has extensive experience in capital markets in both Australia and overseas in the field of stockbroking and investment banking. He is a founding director of Blackwood Capital Limited, an Australian based investment bank operating in capital markets, advisory services and funds management in equities and private equity funds. He holds a Bachelor of Business from the Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia, and is a CPA. Mr. Richardson is currently a Non-Executive Director of Abundant Produce Limited.
